Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best care possible in a positive atmosphere, while fostering a dynamic team that adapts quickly to new technologies and evolving practice settings.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to our communities. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in various outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, reinforcing our identity as a family that cares for both its members and the neighborhoods it serves.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients across both in-clinic and virtual channels. This role exists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our core values of teamwork, communication, and empowerment.
In this position, you will not only diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions but also lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that drive excellent patient care. You will guide X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, providing the necessary support to ensure professional service delivery. Your day will involve analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications with a focus on patient-centric care, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
You will work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, managing both in-person and telehealth queues to ensure timely follow-ups. A key part of your role involves mentoring new employees by facilitating introductions, providing clinic tours, and offering job shadowing and coaching opportunities. You will also actively engage with clinical leadership to elevate patient care standards and resolve concerns in alignment with company values.
