Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best care possible in a positive atmosphere, while also fostering a dynamic team that adapts quickly to new technologies and evolving practice settings.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to our communities. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in various outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, reinforcing the bond that makes our community our family.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding patient service both within our clinics and through various virtual communication channels. This role is designed for a compassionate professional who can respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses. You will work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, balancing in-person and telehealth responsibilities to meet patient volume goals.
In this position, you will not only provide quality care but also lead clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—in behaviors and actions that ensure excellent patient care. You will guide new employees through their first days, offering job shadowing, coaching, and introductions to help them integrate into our team. Your day will involve analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, prescribing medications, and educating patients on the treatment of acute and chronic conditions, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Candidates are invited to apply if they meet the required licensing and experience criteria. Please note that applicants are limited to individuals from states excluding California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Mississippi residents are subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
Fast Pace Health is committed to the principle of equal employment and creating an inclusive environment for the benefit of our employees, patients, and communities. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome job applications from qualified individuals without regard to race, creed, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, parental status, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristics.
