Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere while we work dynamically to surpass our business goals. We believe in a "family first" community, where employees are supported through mentoring, professional growth, and a rewarding career path.
Beyond clinical duties, our culture thrives on community engagement. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, trunk-or-treats, fun runs, and more. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment for both our patients and our team.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across both clinic and telehealth settings. This role is designed for those who thrive in a quickly evolving practice setting and are eager to adapt to new technologies and protocols. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions and ensuring accurate, compassionate service through various communication channels.
In this position, you will lead clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—by modeling behaviors and attitudes that drive excellent patient care. You will guide new employees through their first days, offering job shadowing, coaching, and introductions to help them integrate into the team. Your day-to-day involves analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, prescribing medications, and providing patient-centric diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations. You will also actively engage with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to company values and the resolution of any care concerns.
We offer extensive training for new graduates, helping you grow your clinical competencies and build confidence in your practice. Whether you are a new grad or an experienced practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to quality of care, teamwork, and empowerment.
Fast Pace Health is committed to finding the right fit for our family. We welcome applications from qualified individuals and look forward to reviewing your background.
