About the Role
We are hiring an Armed Security Officer to provide armed protective services for a high-profile customer in accordance with Allied Universal standards. This role is critical to ensuring the safety of customer personnel, visitors, and property. You will act as a professional first line of defense, deterring threats, enforcing security procedures, and responding to emergencies with strict adherence to protocols.
In this position, you will be the face of security at the facility. Your day will involve a mix of proactive patrols (on foot or in a vehicle), monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, and managing access control. Beyond enforcement, you will build and maintain effective relationships with client employees and guests by greeting visitors, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for accurately reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.
