PLA's Reading Interventionists are instrumental in increasing scholar motivation and supporting the educational growth of scholars throughout our schools. You will continually analyze scholar data to determine specific needs, then use scripted lesson plans to respond effectively. As a Reading Interventionist at Phalen Leadership Academies, you will work with varying groups and grade levels of scholars, rotating among classrooms to support literacy skills development.
