The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit is a global leader and trusted partner for innovative ENT solutions that improve patient access, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Over the past 20 years, we have become the global market leader in image-guided surgery, intraoperative nerve monitoring, and powered surgical instruments. We continue to launch valuable solutions in these areas as well as tissue health and balloon sinus dilation.
Neuroscience, one of our three comprehensive portfolios, is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain. Guided by our Mission, we develop technologies and therapies that help people regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most.
As an ENT Area Sales Manager, you will serve as a committed professional driving innovation within your territory. While this is a field-based position, you will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. Your day involves conducting face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and key purchase influencers to demonstrate and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies products.
You will be responsible for executing Sales Action Plans, which necessitates the use of your own vehicle and the transportation of heavy inventory pieces. The role requires significant travel, with approximately 50% overnight travel required via driving throughout the territory and air travel when necessary. You will also provide support and service to clinical personnel in surgical environments and maintain company-owned property and inventory in good working condition.
We are seeking a committed professional to join our winning team. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy are essential, and your driving record will be reviewed as part of the application process. Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and those with Medtronic experience.
The application window for this opening will close on May 23, 2026.
