As a Site Supervisor at Schuman Cleaning Systems, you will serve as the operational backbone for specific work sites, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, bridging the gap between office strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will not only direct daily operations but also actively participate in the work, stepping in to clean alongside crews when staffing gaps occur or emergencies arise.
Your day-to-day involves coordinating 6 to 10 teams, managing schedules, and ensuring that every job meets Schuman's rigorous quality standards and OSHA requirements. Beyond supervision, you are a key driver of team culture, responsible for training new hires on proprietary methods like "Clean by Color," fostering professional growth, and resolving client concerns within 24 hours. You will act as the primary point of contact for Facility Managers, building relationships that help expand Schuman's service footprint.
Schuman Cleaning Systems values a culture where training is paramount to quality. We believe in developing our people through hands-on instruction, team building, and continuous learning. As a leader here, you will be expected to keep the work environment engaging and enjoyable, motivating staff to take pride in their work and attention to detail. You will work closely with the Division Manager and office staff to ensure fair, equitable, and timely resolution of employee issues, always prioritizing the best interests of the company, the division, and the team.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard screening process including a review of qualifications, a background check, and a drug test. Successful applicants will be required to complete all new hire paperwork and obtain an ID badge before starting. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel nightly to various job sites.
Schuman Cleaning Systems is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
