You will manage the daily operations of the janitorial team, ensuring that every space—from patient exam rooms to waiting areas—reflects the organization's commitment to health and safety. As a bilingual leader fluent in Spanish and English, you will bridge communication gaps, provide mentorship, and drive a culture of excellence in sanitation and operational efficiency.
Travel & Work Context
This position requires travel to various JWCH clinic locations across Los Angeles County. You will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of these diverse facilities, ensuring that safety protocols and infection control procedures are consistently applied regardless of the site.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleTrain staff on safety procedures and maintain records of training and incidents
- check_circleIdentify and report unsafe conditions or hazards in the workplace
- check_circleEnsure all areas such as restrooms and exam rooms remain clean and presentable
- check_circleInspect facilities to evaluate cleanliness and maintenance needs
- check_circleStep in to perform cleaning duties during staff shortages to ensure operations

Requirements
- verifiedPrevious cleaning and sanitation experience in the health care industry
