Acting as a vital liaison between Branch Executive Directors and the Area Vice President of Operations, this role ensures alignment with organizational goals while driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong financial results. The AED fosters growth, strengthens leadership capabilities at the branch level, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care consistent with organizational values.
