This position is dedicated to the assimilation and smooth operation of productive dental teams across multiple sites. Working in close conjunction with the Chief Dental Officer, VP of Clinical Performance, Chief Field Operations, Regional Dental Directors, and District Managers, the role serves as a pivotal leader for coaching and mentoring doctors, managing personnel, and overseeing client and patient relations.
The primary mission is to serve as a role model for office teams, ensuring that doctors reach their full performance potential. This includes guiding new doctors through onboarding and ramp-up periods, while also managing engagement and retention for staff at risk due to performance or dissatisfaction. The role balances clinical oversight with administrative leadership, with the specific split between chair-side days and mentoring days determined by the Regional Dental Director based on the number of offices and the district's needs.
In this role, you will partner with various departments to ensure programs are effectively managed and staff are fully trained. You will drive the development and execution of SMART plans to meet customer service standards, ensuring doctors provide positive, memorable experiences for patients and parents. A key part of the day involves ensuring adherence to diagnostic and preventative guidelines, including ADA and AAPD standards, Caries Risk Assessment, and the ALERA principle for radiographs.
You will also act as a bridge between general practices and specialty services, partnering with Ortho, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and General Anesthesia doctors to facilitate appropriate patient referrals. Responsiveness is critical; you will be expected to resolve clinical patient concerns within 24 hours upon request and ensure doctors are handling after-hours calls effectively.

We partner with Talent Acquisition in the selection and on-boarding processes to ensure the right fit for our teams. Selected candidates will participate in community events, including dental school meetings, board member meetings, and dental associations, to represent the Company in the dental and local communities.
