About the Team

Sullivan Healthcare Consulting is a team of seasoned, leading-edge perioperative experts dedicated to helping healthcare organizations achieve higher margins by optimizing surgical services. Our process is straightforward: we assess and benchmark all perioperative services and their interdependencies, clearly identify inefficiencies, build consensus around best-practice solutions, and guide stakeholders in implementing corrections. Sullivan's recommendations are always realistic, achievable, and sustainable over the long haul.

About the Role

The Regional Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial management, and regulatory compliance for a portfolio of ASCs across the New York City region. This role is designed to ensure high-quality patient care, operational excellence, surgeon satisfaction, and strong financial performance while driving growth and standardization across sites.

You will partner closely with ASC administrators, physician partners, clinical leadership, and the executive team to ensure centers operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational objectives. This is a hands-on position requiring local travel and regular on-site presence at all assigned facilities throughout the New York City area.

Candidates who receive a conditional offer may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of our employment process.
