As an Architectural Coordinator at Taylor Morrison, you serve as a vital link between product development, plan management, and field execution. Your primary mission is to ensure the accuracy of takeoffs and the seamless implementation of all plans built by the company. You will manage the lifecycle of architectural plans, from maintaining option catalogs to facilitating critical review sessions with builders, vendors, and purchasing teams.
In this role, you will conduct prototype walks on new frames, report necessary corrections, and participate in field inspections to guarantee that current plans and materials are executed accurately. You will also support builders through field research and collaborate with the IT department on bidding and cost maintenance projects. Your work ensures that the transition from design to construction is precise and efficient.
Taylor Morrison values a fair and transparent hiring process. We are committed to making reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Successful applicants will be expected to report to the Division/Corporate Office or Community daily and adhere to the established schedule.
Taylor Morrison is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity. Job descriptions are intended to be accurate reflections of principal job duties and responsibilities essential for making fair pay decisions, rather than exhaustive lists of every possible task or condition.
