You play a key role in delivering the ultimate entertainment experience by fixing games, keeping them in top shape, and helping guests get back to the fun immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTroubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games
- check_circleCommunicate arcade operational issues promptly to management
- check_circleAssist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner
- check_circleKeep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning
- check_circleFollow security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets
- check_circleAssist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep
- check_circleSupport other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements
- check_circleMaintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
- check_circleCollaborate with management to develop and execute preventive maintenance plans
- check_circleSource and manage game parts while maintaining accurate tracking in the web-based system
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma and some technical training
- verifiedMinimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training
