About the Role

As a Manager, Application Development, you will manage the planning and execution of an application development team, guiding delivery and operations for new and existing applications and platforms. You will lead the evolution of technology strategy and roadmaps, grow engineering talent, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and supportable in production.

We believe we do our best work when we're together, which is why we're onsite four days a week. This role is central to driving technical excellence and operational stability, fostering a culture of automated testing and continuous integration while managing vendor relationships and high-severity production incidents.

Requirements

  • verified8-10 years of professional industry experience in software development and operations
