About the Role
Are you the technician others call when they are stuck? Do you get excited when teaching your knowledge of appliances to other technicians? As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team. You will serve as a resource and technical support for the team, effectively communicating with the office to ensure smooth operations.
This role is for someone who enjoys helping others, teaching their craft, and improving the home life of families in the Greater Philadelphia community. You will be the face of the company, showing empathy toward customers and accurately diagnosing and solving their problems so they can get back to running an efficient household. Beyond just explaining what is wrong, you will help customers understand the necessary repairs to resolve issues quickly.
