Apparel Technical Designer

About the Role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Apparel Technical Designer for a full-time contract assignment in Costa Mesa, CA, running from May 2026 through December 2026. This role serves as a critical bridge between creative vision and manufacturing reality, supporting apparel product development from concept through production.

In this position, you will partner closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and global factory teams. Your primary mission is to ensure that fit, quality, and construction standards are consistently met across men's and women's apparel categories. You will be the technical expert who translates design concepts into production-ready garments, managing the fit process from prototype through final production and leading fit sessions to communicate necessary corrections to factory partners.
