About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Lead AI Data & Cloud Architect to embed directly with business and delivery teams, accelerating enterprise AI adoption at scale. This is not a traditional DevOps or governance role; it is a strategic leadership position designed to bridge business outcomes with enterprise-grade architecture.
In this capacity, you will translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI and data platforms. You will partner directly with product teams to convert AI concepts, PoCs, and data products into secure, robust enterprise solutions. The role requires operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, transforming AI prototypes into platforms that support advanced analytics and modern data architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal leader combines deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, data platform engineering, and AI solution delivery within the Claude/LLM ecosystem. You will possess 10–15+ years of experience in cloud, data, or architecture roles, with a proven track record of building enterprise data or AI platforms on AWS.
We value candidates with a consulting pedigree (MBB, Big 4, or Tier-1 System Integrators) who are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on. You should have strong experience delivering client-facing transformation programs and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology while mentoring engineering teams.
