About the Role
Crouse Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY, offers a dynamic Anesthesiologist opportunity within a collegial environment. The department is centrally located, with the main hospital and three Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) situated within a one-block radius. This setup fosters supportive working relationships with surgeons and OR staff, backed by excellent Anesthesia Tech support and a dedicated Pre-Op Testing Center.
You will join a care-team model under the leadership of Chief Anesthesiologist Venkatarao Kamani. The role involves managing a diverse case load including General, GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, Crani's, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology/Renal, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Podiatry, Endo, EP/Cath Lab, and Healthy Peds. While the team handles a wide variety of procedures, open heart surgeries are not performed. CRNAs are encouraged to work to full scope, including regional anesthesia.
