You will join the Integrated Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division, a critical unit dedicated to keeping the world's largest airline running smoothly. This position is designed for a data-driven professional ready to tackle complex challenges with flexibility and grace. You will serve as a bridge between raw data and executive decision-making, analyzing crew operations data to build statistical predictive models and create customized reports for senior leadership.
In this role, you will derive actionable insights to improve crew operations, developing optimization models for resource allocation and performing advanced business analysis. Your day-to-day involves automating programs, building data visualization tools for root cause analysis, and collaborating with diverse teams across the crew domain—including Crew Scheduling, Flight Service, and IOC—to deliver innovative solutions. You will present findings and recommendations directly to key stakeholders, driving prescriptive operational improvement plans that enhance performance across the network.
