The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing compensation data, developing and implementing compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and strategic partnership to support Office, Maintenance, and Mechanic teammates, as well as Executive roles. You will be the architect behind our compensation structures, managing everything from annual merit cycles and special one-time payments to complex data reporting and market pricing. The role demands a problem-solver who is organized, detailed, and deeply committed to teamwork, ensuring that our compensation strategies align with our people-centered culture.
