About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Practice Health and Safety, the Policy and Procedure Analyst serves as a strategic partner in maintaining the organization's regulatory compliance and operational alignment. This role exists to standardize documentation and streamline workflows across the enterprise, ensuring that our policies evolve alongside regulatory changes and business objectives.

In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Compliance/Legal, Quality, HR/Learning & Development, and IT. Your work will drive operational efficiency by managing the full lifecycle of policy governance—from conducting regular reviews and updates to leading approval workflows and maintaining version control. You will also play a key role in supporting training and acknowledgement processes, ensuring that our team remains informed and compliant.
