We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and industrious Analyst to join the SpiderRock Advisors Operations and Billing team. This role is designed to support the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing processes across our Options Overlay Business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our billing operations and contributing to the overall success of the team by acting as a deep subject matter expert.
In this position, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to external partners, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of attention and care. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring and proactively managing the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection and reconciliation of funds. You will also lead initiatives to improve our operating model by collaborating with internal business and technology partners, driving operational excellence, and identifying opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
As a new joiner, you will learn and master multiple systems to understand their functionalities, working towards consolidating workflows and ensuring seamless integration. You will continuously seek to understand how your responsibilities integrate into the broader BlackRock and SMA Solutions business model, recognizing the impact of your decisions on our clients and the firm.
