About the Role
The Escrow Analyst serves as a specialized resource for handling escalated escrow issues and complex processes. This experienced-level position is critical for maintaining compliance with all US State and Federal laws, regulations, and company policies. You will act as a key partner to other departments, fostering positive working relationships while managing high-stakes scenarios involving litigated files, adversary complaints, and legal actions.
In this remote role, you will provide timelines for complaints received from the Advocate Department, CFPB, and the Better Business Bureau. Your work involves researching and rebutting incorrect tax penalties, verifying tax data built by vendors, and managing insurance lines and flood zones on acquired loans. You will also handle payment changes, shortage spreads, and escrow figures for loan assumptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
