About the Role

As an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in the ASDS Engineering Execution organization, you will serve as the primary driver for all software discipline activities on the program. This role is critical for ensuring that embedded software is designed and developed to reliably operate toward its intended functions while meeting rigorous safety and mission assurance standards.

You will act as the Control Account Manager (CAM), managing execution and providing technical oversight for both Development and Integration efforts. Your day-to-day involves leading the software IPT through program reviews and milestones, collaborating with Product Owners, Chief Engineers, and Management using Lean and Agile practices. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts across the organization to ensure technical alignment and drive process improvements that reduce cost and enhance efficiency.

This is an on-site position located at the Tucson, AZ airport site within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Engineering Execution organization.

Security Clearance Requirements This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
