About the Role
WNDR Museum Chicago is looking for individuals to join our Ambassador team! Ambassadors play an integral role in shaping the entire guest experience, offering top-notch customer service with a dose of fun and genuine human interaction that adds to our guests' overall experience of "wonder".
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL. As an Ambassador, you will be the face of the museum, facilitating authentic experiences through meaningful guest interaction. You will work across all aspects of the museum floor, including retail, food and beverage, the box office, and special events, ensuring the space remains clean, orderly, and safe for everyone's enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedPrevious experience in museums, hotels, restaurants, or guest-facing hospitality positions
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED preferred
- verifiedAbility to work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of POS or ticketing systems. Knowledge and love of art or technology.
