The Food & Beverage Operations team works closely with clinical and support staff to ensure that every patient interaction contributes to a positive healing experience.
As an Ambassador, you will be the face of our dining services, ensuring an excellent meal experience for patients, families, and staff. This role exists to bridge the gap between nutritional needs and patient satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and courteous service. You will collaborate closely with nursing staff and dietitians to uphold strict dietary requirements while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your day will involve facilitating meal ordering, verifying diet orders, and managing the efficient transport of trays and beverages, all while supporting the overall comfort and well-being of those we serve.
Candidates must be able to meet hospital health, background, and immunization requirements. Basic HIPAA and patient privacy training will be provided on the job. Please note that a Food Handler's permit is required by state or local regulations, and ServSafe certification is preferred.
