The Food & Beverage Operations team plays a vital role in this mission, ensuring that nutrition and comfort are seamlessly integrated into the patient experience.
As an Ambassador, you will be the face of our dining services, ensuring an excellent meal experience for patients, families, and staff. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical dietary needs and patient satisfaction, acting as a key liaison between the kitchen, nursing staff, and those we serve.
In this position, you will facilitate meal ordering, verify diet orders for safety and accuracy, and deliver trays with a courteous and efficient demeanor. Your day will involve coordinating closely with dietitians and nurses to address nutrition needs and menu adjustments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention. You will also assist with stocking supplies and documenting deliveries, ensuring that every interaction supports the overall comfort and well-being of our patients.
Candidates must be able to meet hospital health, background, and immunization requirements. Basic HIPAA and patient privacy training will be provided on the job. Please note that a Food Handler's permit is required by state or local regulations.
