Our Mission

Our vision is a world of peaceful relationships with food, weight, and body image, where everyone with an eating disorder can experience recovery. We believe that exceptional, individualized care leads to lasting recovery from eating disorders. That's why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.

About the Role

The Dietetic Technician plays a vital role as a member of the treatment team, supporting clients engaged in eating disorder treatment programs. This position is designed to empower recovery by facilitating therapeutic supported meals, modeling normalized eating behaviors, and providing nutrition education alongside clinical support for Registered Dietitians.

You will work across various levels of care and programs (e.g., PHP, IOP, RTC, IP) in both in-person and virtual settings. Flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential as you may provide coverage at different sites based on regional needs. Whether you are driving clients and supplies, managing foodservice operations, or facilitating culinary skills groups, your work directly contributes to a client's journey toward healing.

Schedule

This role operates on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Benefits & Culture

We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package to support your work-life balance. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive package including HSA and PPO insurance options, dental and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company matching up to 6% of your compensation.

Our commitment to your well-being extends to generous paid time off. Eligible employees accrue PTO annually starting from their first whole pay period, in addition to seven paid holidays and one floating holiday.
