This position serves as a critical technical anchor for our contact centre infrastructure, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable solutions on Amazon Connect. You will be responsible for architecting complex systems that handle voice, chat, and task-based interactions, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across the platform.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will work closely with managers, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to understand complex requirements and deliver on agreed timelines. As a key escalation point for work stoppages, you will provide high-level operational support while driving proactive troubleshooting to maintain system performance.
Your day-to-day involves leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance customer interactions, integrating Amazon Connect with third-party CRMs and workforce management tools, and developing custom contact flows and automation scripts. You will also play a vital role in knowledge sharing by providing technical support and training to internal teams and end-users, while documenting system configurations and best practices to ensure long-term operational success.
