This position serves as a critical technical anchor for our contact centre infrastructure, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable solutions on Amazon Connect. You will be responsible for architecting custom customer contact points (CCP), contact flows, IVRs, and routing profiles that support voice, chat, and task-based interactions. The role exists to ensure high availability, security, and compliance while leveraging AI/ML tools like Amazon Lex and Polly to enhance customer experiences.
In this role, you will act as an escalation point for work stoppages and provide technical support and training to internal teams. You will collaborate closely with managers, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to understand business processes, deliver on agreed timelines, and proactively identify and solve issues within voice and data networks. Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency of the contact centre through data analysis, feedback loops, and the integration of third-party CRMs and workforce management tools.
