This position serves as a critical technical anchor for our contact centre infrastructure, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable solutions on Amazon Connect. You will be responsible for architecting custom contact center profiles, IVRs, and routing hierarchies while leveraging AI/ML tools like Amazon Lex and Polly to enhance customer interactions. The role bridges the gap between complex technical configurations and business outcomes, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across voice, chat, and task-based interactions.
In this capacity, you will act as an escalation point for work stoppages and provide technical support and training to internal teams. You will collaborate closely with managers, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to deliver on agreed timelines, proactively identifying and resolving risks to project deliverables. Your work will directly influence the customer and agent experience through seamless integrations with third-party CRMs, ticketing systems, and workforce management tools.
