The SACC Site Leader serves as the primary on-site manager for the School Age Child Care program, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment for elementary school children before and after school hours. This position is critical to the district's commitment to supporting working families by providing high-quality care that aligns with the program's educational and developmental goals.
As the Site Leader, you will be directly accountable for the safety, whereabouts, and well-being of all children in your care. You will work closely with the SACC Coordinator to implement daily activities that are age-appropriate and stimulating, fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and children. The role involves overseeing the full operational scope of the site, including planning, execution, and administrative compliance.
