About the Role
The SACC Site Leader serves as the primary on-site manager for the School Age Child Care program, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment for elementary school children before and after school hours. This position is critical to the district's commitment to supporting working families by providing high-quality care that aligns with the program's educational and developmental goals.
As the Site Leader, you will be directly accountable for the safety, whereabouts, and well-being of all children in your care. You will work closely with the SACC Coordinator to implement daily activities that are age-appropriate and stimulating, fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and children. The role involves overseeing the full operational scope of the site, including planning, execution, and administrative compliance.

This review includes contacting former and current employers to verify there are no allegations of child abuse or sexual misconduct, as hiring is strictly prohibited for individuals with such records in positions involving regular contact with students.
