About the Role
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule with weekend availability. We are currently searching for candidates for either AM or PM shifts, as our restaurant operates 7 days a week (closed for lunch).
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing all food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality by monitoring storage, age, and condition of ingredients, ensuring proper rotation. Your duties include keeping all refrigeration equipment, storage areas, and workspaces clean, clutter-free, and compliant with Health Department regulations.
You will ensure that preparation, plating, and presentation standards are met while adhering to strict safety protocols. The role requires the physical ability to grasp, lift, and carry heavy items, as well as the stamina to stand and work continuously in confined spaces. While knowledge of operating kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and broilers is preferred, comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
