About the Role
We are actively hiring a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to serve at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. This position is critical for supporting military operations, strategic planning, and high-level decision-making across the Area of Responsibility (AOR). The role serves as a bridge between raw intelligence and actionable strategy, requiring close collaboration with U.S. and coalition partners to ensure mission success.
As a senior leader within the team, you will not only analyze multi-source intelligence but also guide the next generation of analysts. Your day-to-day involves managing all-source intelligence projects, overseeing ISR synchronization, and advising leadership on complex regional threats and political-military developments. You will be expected to lead deployments and exercises, ensuring operational readiness in high-pressure environments both within the CONUS and OCONUS regions.
