About the Role
As an Alarm Service Technician II, you will embody our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will involve visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs to ensure systems meet customer needs, provide system demonstrations, and offer recommendations to improve functionality. Beyond technical execution, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at every interaction.

Requirements
