About the Role

This full-time opportunity serves as a critical component of our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will work a Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule, including holidays and weekends. Your role is vital to our industry's life safety mission, functioning similarly to a 911 emergency dispatcher.

In this position, you will provide exceptional service by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. You will manage alarm events, verify security information, and ensure the timely notification of emergency services such as fire and police agencies, as well as updating customers regarding events. Success in this role requires a high degree of urgency, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.

Hiring Process

Selected candidates will complete a paid training class and must pass a final exam to certify their skills as an Alarm Monitoring Operator. A pre-hire assessment for typing speed is also required.
