This role is designed for a leader who will take strong emotional ownership of delivering effective solutions for our clients. You will partner with client senior management teams—including Chief Operating Officers, Heads of Trading, and Investment Desk Leads—to identify business requirements and ensure alignment with Aladdin transformation goals. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with internal and external implementation teams to redesign and deploy strategic business trading workflows.
You will lead the configuration, testing, and user training of the Aladdin suite, ensuring clients fully leverage its functionality. Beyond implementation, you will work directly with clients to create project plans, coordinate resources across functional areas, and support client development needs alongside Product Managers. This position also involves participating in business development activities, such as platform demonstrations and due diligence meetings with prospective clients, while actively managing communications regarding product changes and onboarding.
