This role serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools, globally. You will identify areas for improvement to drive continual improvement for digital tools, supporting complex problems by looking for new ways to solve them using data analytics and numerous information sources. Your work involves model propagation, dashboard configuration, and monitoring signals for short and long-term trends.
You will act as a bridge between technical challenges and business needs, internally explaining difficult or sensitive problems to build consensus with both the team and customers. Additionally, you will provide informal guidance and mentoring to new team members on troubleshooting methodologies, learning new tools, and understanding BKM modeling techniques.
