About the Role

As an AIX Field Service Engineer, you will serve as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools globally. This role exists to drive continual improvement for digital tools and ensure the seamless operation of critical systems. You will be responsible for model propagation, dashboard configuration, and monitoring signals for both short and long-term trends.

In this position, you will support complex problem-solving by utilizing numerous sources of information and data analytics. You will act as an internal bridge, explaining difficult or sensitive problems to build consensus with both the team and customers. Additionally, you will provide mentoring on troubleshooting methodologies, helping new team members learn new tools and processes while applying BKM modeling techniques.
