Based at our Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) facility, this role is designed to support manufacturing processes and production operations within a high-tech Fab environment. You will bridge the gap between physical manufacturing and digital optimization by leveraging automation, analytics, and advanced manufacturing systems such as MES and AMHS.
In this position, you will partner with Operations Development Engineering (ODE) teams and the Remote Operations Center (ROC) to address operational issues and drive continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves analyzing data to reduce cycle times, optimizing tool-to-tool delivery, and automating processes to eliminate waste. You will lead interdepartmental meetings, mentor team members, and develop applications that improve production metrics. The role requires a deep understanding of how process changes in one activity affect the broader function of the Fab, ensuring seamless global alignment and customer satisfaction.
Candidates are encouraged to use AI tools to enhance their resume and application materials, provided all information remains accurate and reflects true skills and experiences. Misuse of AI to fabricate qualifications will result in immediate disqualification.
