We are seeking a reliable and experienced Airline Passenger Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) to fulfill critical service obligations for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. This role is deeply customer service-oriented, focusing on positive interpersonal interactions and ensuring a safe, dignified journey for travelers.
This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals just entering the workforce or returning to it with limited experience and education. No high school diploma, GED, or prior college degree is required, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. For those with a background in customer service, this role offers a chance to leverage those skills immediately.
In this customer-facing role, tipping is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary service often increase their weekly earning potential by $25–$100.
