Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system
- check_circleConduct safe and efficient flight operations in compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies
- check_circleImplement safety protocols and manage emergency response actions during flight or ground incidents
- check_circleIdentify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiency
- check_circleParticipate in safety meetings, incident debriefings, and the Safety Management System processes
- check_circleTrain, evaluate, and provide coaching to flight crew members and operational personnel
- check_circleSupervise copilots and crewmembers to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Requirements
- verified4 years of experience as a corporate, commercial, or military pilot
- verifiedValid Airline Transport Pilot License
- verifiedValid Instrument Rating
- verifiedPIC qualifications on at least one type of company aircraft
- verifiedKnowledge of Aviation Operations Manual, Training Manuals, SOPs, and Titles 14 and 49 of the CFRs
- verifiedAbility to lift 40 pounds to shoulder level
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedType rating for DA-2EASY or G-VII preferred

Holds a type rating for at least one of the following types of aircraft: DA-2EASY or G-VII. Bachelor's degree.
