About the Role
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will join a rewarding career in aviation-based law enforcement. Your primary mission is to detect, prevent, and apprehend terrorists, weapons, and contraband attempting to illegally enter or attack the United States. This role involves conducting air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities to intercept smuggled goods via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. You will also monitor suspect behavior, analyze strategic intelligence, and support search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a skilled team of pilots and law enforcement officers in a dynamic environment. While duty locations are determined by operational and mission requirements, you will be part of a cohesive unit operating across the Southeast, Southwest, and Caribbean regions, as well as at National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC).
