The role requires a blend of technical scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Shell, or PowerShell, alongside a solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will also apply concepts related to AI/ML, NLP, and event correlation to enhance IT operations.
