About the Role
We are looking for an AI Video Editor Team Lead who is equal parts strong leader, project manager, systems builder, and editing geek. This role exists to elevate a team of 3 to 7 editors through mature management, strict quality control, and deep AI integration. You will be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that videos not only look great but actually sell.
In this position, you will build systematized AI workflows and automate post-production pipelines to eliminate manual bottlenecks. You will stay hands-on with the Adobe Suite to unblock the team and troubleshoot complex issues, while simultaneously analyzing performance data to iterate on winning creative concepts. You will work tightly with Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to align on technical feasibility and turn creative hypotheses into reality.
