We are looking for an AI Video Editor Team Lead who is equal parts strong leader, project manager, systems builder, and editing geek. This role exists to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that videos not only look great but actually sell.
You will take a team of 3 to 7 editors and elevate them through mature management, strict quality control, and deep AI integration. Your day will involve building systematized AI workflows to automate post-production, integrating emerging AI models into daily operations, and staying hands-on with the Adobe Suite to unblock the team. Beyond management, you will analyze performance data to iterate on winning concepts and collaborate closely with Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to turn creative hypotheses into reality.
