About the Role
We are looking for an AI Video Editor Team Lead who is equal parts strong leader, project manager, systems builder, and editing geek. This role exists to elevate a team of 3 to 7 editors through mature management, strict quality control, and deep AI integration. You will be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that videos not only look great but actually sell.
In this position, you will own the task distribution process and handle complex project routing to keep pipelines organized. You will build systematized AI workflows using tools like Weavy to automate post-production, eliminating manual prompt copying and file downloading. While you will spend significant time managing the team and integrating new AI models, you will also stay hands-on with the Adobe Suite to unblock the team, fix complex issues, or test new technical approaches.
You will work tightly with Creative Producers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, and Marketers to align on technical feasibility and solve bottlenecks. Your day will involve analyzing failed creatives to understand what went wrong, building a database of top-performing concepts, and actively pitching new visual formats and AI-driven approaches to turn creative hypotheses into reality.
