About the Role
This long-term contract position serves as a ServiceNow AI Architect based in Sunnyvale, CA. The role is designed to partner with the Google Cloud Platform AI Architect and enterprise architecture teams to define and execute the overall enterprise AI strategy. You will help establish ServiceNow's role within the broader enterprise AI ecosystem and platform roadmap, evaluating emerging AI technologies and vendor offerings to determine the best-fit solutions.
A core focus of this position is driving build-vs-buy decisions that balance speed, scalability, governance, maintainability, and business value. You will architect scalable AI solutions leveraging the ServiceNow ecosystem, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Data Fabric, and GenAI capabilities. Additionally, you will design reusable patterns and frameworks for AI-powered workflows, virtual agents, copilots, and intelligent automation, while establishing architecture standards and governance for AI implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
