The AI Governance Analyst role sits within the Technology Risk & Compliance function at TransUnion. This team is dedicated to governing how artificial intelligence is used across the organization, ensuring that AI initiatives align with robust governance frameworks, privacy expectations, and emerging global regulations. The role reports to the Technology Risk and Compliance Sr. Director and serves as a central hub for coordinating AI risk assessments and maintaining visibility into AI use cases.

This position is designed to bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and practical governance. You will be responsible for maintaining the global AI inventory, reviewing entries for accuracy, and facilitating annual reviews to ensure the organization has a clear understanding of its AI landscape. A key part of your day-to-day involves producing regular reports for committees and supporting the development of AI governance training and awareness activities.
You will work collaboratively with Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal functions to translate complex concepts into practical guidance. The role requires a blend of strategic oversight and operational execution, ensuring that AI risk assessments are coordinated effectively and that governance procedures remain up to date. This is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week.
