Sports Instructors for our after-school programs are dedicated to planning and leading structured, engaging activities for students in grades K-8. This role is designed to foster a positive learning environment where students can develop physical skills and social confidence through guided play and teamwork.
Instructors work collaboratively with co-workers to manage classrooms of up to 20 students, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere. The position requires a professional approach to classroom management, addressing student behavior issues with positivity and care. Instructors are expected to maintain classroom supplies and submit written lesson plans in a timely manner to ensure program continuity.
